The StrikePack Halo MMC GamePack Collection are customized to work with each title in the Halo MCC series – unlike other mods that you may find on the market that generically tries to work with all games in the Halo series (and poorly so), our GamePacks are tailored to the specific feature set of each title, in this case Halo 2 Anniversary (also known as Halo 2A).

2 – Rapid Fire

CLASS 2
When rapid fire is enabled, you can turn virtually any semi automatic weapon into a fully automatic weapon. This creates a very unique advantage for players using semi automatic weapons. While rapid fire will not usually make a fully automatic gun shoot any faster, it can have positive side effects on fully automatic guns such as reducing recoil, helping players conserve ammunition and achieve more headshots.

IMPORTANT INFO
While in this Class – Press LB to decrease / Press RB to Increase delay on the adjustable parameter. Press RT to test. Also, while mods are active, hold View and press X to Enable/Disable Rapid Fire.

Halo 2 Optimized Rapid Fire This Rapid Fire mode comes to you courtesy of Lex Lost (CronusMAX Community Staff member). He has created some timings which not only improve almost every gun, they also eliminate recoil. With this mod, you can empty an entire clip of the SMG and you will still be looking straight ahead!

Rapid Fire Adjustable With adjustable rapid fire you can always get the optimum firepower for your favorite weapon. See the menu system instructions above for more information on how to adjust your rapid fire speed in this mode.

Burst Fire Adjustable (See Class 3) Burst fire can reach a faster rate of fire with burst type weapons (i.e M16). The weapon can be set to 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 round bursts (See Class 3 for more details).

Battle Rifle Double Shot Auto Reload Double Fire (or Double Shot as the community likes to call it) is a glitch in Halo 2 that allows the players to fire two consecutive bursts from a Battle Rifle. This MOD performs the double fire glitch by firing 2 bursts of 3 shots and then automatically reloads without the animation. See below for a video demonstration (internet connection required). However, there is a second or two pause where you cannot shoot until the reload is complete. You can cancel that reload by switching to your secondary weapon and back to primary again (See MOD 5 below).

Battle Rifle Double Shot Auto Reload Cancel Requires Secondary Weapon Same as above but uses the Cancel Reload glitch in Halo 2 so that you can switch to your secondary weapon and then back to your primary weapon and continue firing. This MOD performs everything automatically. A secondary weapon is required for this MOD to work correctly.

Battle Rifle Quad Shot Auto Reload Requires Secondary Weapon Same as MOD 4 above but with 4 bursts of 3 shots.

3 – Burst Fire

CLASS 3
Burst fire is designed to turn semi automatic and automatic weapons into burst firing weapons. When this feature is enabled, your weapon will fire in bursts and can be set to 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 round bursts. Burst firing can help reduce recoil and conserve ammunition. Combining burst fire with adjustable rapid fire will give you automatic burst fire. This will allow you to select how many rounds are fired per burst and the amount of time between bursts for a truly customizable experience.

4 – Fire Mode

CLASS 4
In this class, you can choose how the rapid fire mods operate. You can also set them to become active as soon as you press the trigger or not until you press the trigger all the way.

5 – Alternative Battle Rifle Mods

CLASS 5
If you would like to use rapid fire for say your Magnum but would also like to switch to your Battle Rifle and bang off a quad fire burst, do you want the hassle of having to press the directional pad and then trigger? No, me neither. So again showing that I play the games while creating these GamePacks, I have created this class so you can either just use the D-Pad for the quad shot or right bumper. But wait, you probably use the RB to switch grenades and wouldn’t be able to change them if RB is activating the double fire burst.
Don’t worry, I’ve got you covered there too. If you choose RB to active this mod, whichever control was there is automatically reassigned to the D-Pad – KittyDawn

In this class we choose how to activate the chosen mod in Class 5. If you Choose option 1, the action that would normally be performed by the Right Bumper in your layout, will automatically be re-assigned to the D-Pad.

IMPORTANT INFO
While in this Class – hold View and press B to Enable/Disable the Alternative Battle Rifle Mods. Any re-assigned button functions return to normal when deactivated.

WARNING
If selecting bumper button activation, ensure you do not select the same bumper button activation in Class 8.

7 – Secondary Melee Mods

CLASS 7
Would you like to be able to perform a Melee Shot with a single button press, while still being able to perform a standard melee when you’ve no ammo or aren’t reloaded? No problem! With this class you can assign a secondary button to perform either the Melee Shot or Double Melee.

IMPORTANT INFO
Just like class 5, if you choose to select Left Bumper to active this mod, the left bumpers normal action will be reassigned to the directional pad.

Double Melee Enables the Double Melee BXB combo. BXB uses the Cancel Reload glitch to enable the player to melee twice in the same amount of time it takes to melee once. This MOD is slightly slower than BXR but has the advantage of not requiring a full clip to perform.

Melee Shot Enables the Melee Shot BXR combo (equipped gun must be fully loaded). BXR uses the Cancel Reload glitch to enable the player to melee and fire a round in the same amount of time it takes to melee once. The melee hit will deplete the opponents shields and the shot should finish them off giving you an instant kill. This MOD is quicker than BXB but does require a full clip to perform.

8 – Secondary Melee Mod Activation

CLASS 8
In this class we choose how to activate the chosen mod in Class 7. If you Choose option 1, the action that would normally be performed by the Left Bumper in your layout, will automatically be re-assigned to the D-Pad.

9 – Melee Button Modification

CLASS 9
Want to use Double Melee and Melee Shot at the same time? No problem, this class allows you to reassign the function of the melee button to perform one of these actions when pressed.

TIP
If you choose double melee for this button, you can hold it to perform a normal melee.

10 – Quick Reload

CLASS 10
This mod will automatically cancel out of the reload before the reload animation has finished with the melee button. Although the animation has not finished, your gun it already reloaded! Not only does this allow you to shoot quicker, if an opponent catches you in the middle of a reload, you’ll smack them in the face without pressing a button and can finish them off with a nice headshot.

11- Analog Stick Layout

12 – Anti-Recoil

CLASS 12
This MOD compensates for vertical recoil while firing a weapon by automatic moving the control stick in the opposite direction of the one your gun is moving while firing. The adjustable parameter sets how much the compensation should be. See the menu system instructions above for more information on how to adjust the compensation in this mode.

IMPORTANT INFO
Make sure you set the correct Analog Stick Layout Option in Class 11 – this needs to be set to the layout that you are using in-game. While in this Class – Press LB to decrease / Press RB to Increase the Anti-Recoil weight. Press RT to test. Also, While mods are active, hold Back/Select and press RS to Enable/Disable the Anti-Recoil.
